Nicocure Guarantee
There is guarantee that goes along with the Nicocure patches as well. You can try them for up to 20 days and if they are not working for you, you can return the unused patches for a full refund. Since the Nicocure patches seem to work for most people that try them, I doubt they receive very many refund requests. They claim a 97 percent success rate and whether this is true or not, the patches did work for me.
